Frequently Asked Questions

Your first visit is scheduled for 30 minutes, giving us time to get to know you and your health goals. We’ll review your intake paperwork and discuss your health history, then Dr. Selena will perform a thorough, individualized exam. This assessment looks at spinal movement, muscle balance, posture, and other factors to help identify the root cause of any pain, discomfort, or dysfunction. If you have any recent X-rays or MRIs from the past three years, please bring them to your appointment. Once your exam is complete and it’s determined that chiropractic care is appropriate for you, Dr. Selena can provide your first adjustment during the same visit.

All New Patient appointments are $75

Established patient adjustments are $45

Yes, chiropractic care is safe when performed by a licensed and trained chiropractor. Just ask me for the research!

At Embolden Chiropractic, every care plan is tailored to you—there’s no set number of visits or rigid schedule. During your initial evaluation, we’ll share our recommendations based on your goals, but how often and how long you come in is completely up to you. We work with your schedule and lifestyle to make sure you get the most out of your time with us, so your care fits seamlessly into your life.

We don't have an x-ray machine in our office, as for many of our patients it is clinically unnecessary. If imaging is ever necessary, we refer you to a trusted local imaging center to make sure we get the information you need.
